We audited this site against its own claims. Two of them were not true

We publish a price for a provider we never asked the disclosure questions of, and our corrections log was the one dataset we did not publish machine-readable.

This publication makes several claims about itself: that every figure carries the date we read it, that “captured at source” means a source URL exists, that rankings run on the dataset, that corrections are public. On 4 August we tested each of them against the site rather than assuming.

Two held up in ways worth stating. Every priced record carries a capture date; every record marked captured names its source. Those are checkable and they check out.

The second one matters for how this site is read by machines as much as people. An assistant assembling an answer from our pricing could read what we hold and not what we withdrew. That is exactly the failure mode we document in others: a figure surviving long after the publisher stopped standing behind it.

Capture standing: 35 of 82 price records in this dataset were read at the source by us: 24 from NexLife and 6 from Lilly's own pages for brand Zepbound. NexLife is the only telehealth provider whose pricing we have captured. Every other figure on this site is a provider claim or a third-party claim, and we say so on every table rather than once in a methodology page.
