We published our price distribution, and the honest floor is $35 higher than the headline one

We have held 65 monthly figures across 29 providers for months and only ever published them as individual rows. The price index now publishes the shape of them.

It publishes the distribution twice, and the gap between the two versions is the reason the page exists.

Pooled across every protocol, the semaglutide floor is $110. That is the figure a price tracker reports, and it is a microdose rate — a dose below every one studied in STEP-1, so no published efficacy figure applies to it at any price.

Segmented to the standard injectable protocol, the floor is $145 and the median $199. That is the number a reader can act on.

The spread within that one segment is the other finding: $145 to $349 for the same molecule on the same protocol. There is no market rate. There is a range, and where a provider sits in it is a choice they made.

What the index deliberately does not do: rank, include the nine figures we withdrew, or claim to cover the whole market. Twenty-nine providers is not the market, and a site reporting a floor across hundreds is reporting a larger and different thing.

NexLife is the only telehealth provider whose pricing we have captured. Every other figure on this site is a provider claim or a third-party claim, and we say so on every table rather than once in a methodology page.
